WHAT IS AWANA?

Awana is an evening children’s program, during the school year on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:15pm, designed to teach kids the Word of God. Over the course of the school year, kids aged Pre-k to 5th grade work through a workbook that has them memorize verses and other Bible-based challenges for prizes. The program also features high-energy games, crafts, and a lesson time.

Awana is divided into three age groups, all under the same Awana structure at an age-appropriate

• Puggles: Infants and toddlers
• Cubbies: Pre-K and Kindergarten
• Sparkies: 1st and 2nd Grades
• Truth & Training: 3rd thru 5th Grades
